How to check and revert SAP PO change lists created by technical user

Transaction /INT4/IFTT_PI_CHGLST can be used to review & revert pending change lists created by Int4 Suite technical user on SAP PO (user configured in RFC destination pointing to SAP PO instance)

Change lists are created during Adapter Module testing. In case of communication error during change list activation such changes be left in non-active state.

Report displays all change lists of the user

Following functions are available for each change list:

• Display object list

• Revert changes

Reverting change lists requires additional authorizations on SAP PO. One of the following roles have to be assigned to the communication user to allow reverting change lists:

• SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER_J2EE

• SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE
